RAFFLE

The Raffle helps support the NLCC trials. You can help by either:
- donating a premade basket or larger individual item for the raffle
- purchasing raffle tickets at the event!
- If an item needs to be shipped – please mail it to:

The raffle will be drawn on Saturday before the Awards banquet.
Wearables
Wearable can be purchased from Bonfire – all orders will be mailed directly to your address. Wearables are available by online order only and will not be available to purchase at the NLCC event.
We have provided 9 different options to purchase, all come in a variety of colors and sizes.

catalogS and Catalog advertising
A limited number of event catalogs will be available for purchase at the event at a cost of $30.00.
We are offering a special DISCOUNTED price of $20.00 for prepaid catalogs. Pay with link above.
Catalogs will only be available for pick-up at the event.
We are ONLY ACCEPTING PUBLISH READY Ads – 8.5 x 11 inches – Ad materials must be provided electronically using .pdf or .jpg format. DUE BY October 13th, 2025

lunches
Lunch will be available to purchase both Friday and Saturday. Options will be limited so please bring your own meals if you have special dietary requirments.
camping
PARKING WILL BE AVAILABLE STARTING AT NOON ON THURSDAY! There is no cost to park on the field
Parking spaces will be at a first come first basis. Eddie Kominek will help direct folks that need help. Please keep in mind there is some distance between the two fields so you might chose a space somewhere in-between to park.
Photographers
We are happy to announce that Shamrock Studios will be our Photographer for this event. Bonnie will also be doing all our “Win Photos”. https://shamrockstudios.net/
